I have been using wow Apple Cider Vinegar [ ACV ] for the past one year and I have used other brands also other than this . Now, ACV is a new buzzword in the world of wellness and if you are still confused about its uses or reasons why it is a must in the house? then read on, as I did some research before I decided to use it and now I have become its fan. :) There seems to be a never-ending list of benefits when we talk of ACV’s goodness!! The most important of them, some of which I have experienced myself are –

1.) It whitens teeth; rub with finger dipped in undiluted ACV for a minute or two rinses off. It will tackle bad breath also :)

2.) It is a Good conditioner for hair; instead of drinking 1 tbsp. in 1 glass water pour it on your hair after a wash !!
