EAT LIKE YOUR GRANDPARENTS DID, TO LOSE WEIGHT

We are a nation obsessed with weight: gaining it, losing it, keeping it off. We zigzag from eating fewer carbs to more protein, from no sugar to all soup, and still, the battle of the bulge rages on. Many of us hold steady at overweight, while an alarming number tips the scales to obese.

Why are we losing the battle? We are eating more, moving less and relying more heavily on processed instead of fresh foods. One hundred years ago, only one person out of 150 was obese. Today, it’s one in four.

It’s just shows about how reliant we have become on processed food. We are responsible for our own health, purchasing packaged foods laden with preservatives and added fat, salt and sugar is ruining our well-being. Ready to eat meals, cup noodles, aerated beverages, low fat butter etc etc, the list quite long. When we buy foods like that, we are giving up our control about making better food choices and the results are health risks of high cholesterol, elevated blood sugar, and ultimately, a heart attack.

Weight loss has been a big problem for many people in past years. Over the years many products have been coming out to get rid of unwanted fat, but the thing is none have seemed to work. The thing is weight loss is not an easy thing and it takes time to do. In my opinion the only way to lose weight is the natural way and working out, hard. The first thing people need to do is eat right. Stay away from fast-food restaurants, in fact just stay away from restaurants themselves. If we can think about Grandma, or great-Grandma, who made most food from scratch, it can help us get back to a healthier way of eating. Remember what your grandmother always said to you, "the more you cook the healthier you are".

When trying to lose weight, remember what your grandmother asked you to eat. Was it something shallow and calorie dense like BURGER, PIZZA, MAGGI, FRENCH FRIES or it was something more NUTRIENT DENSE, POWER PACKED AND RAW LIKE GHEE AND BUTTER. Remember when u used to come home drenched in sweat after playing hard in the sun, Wat did she used to give you? I’m sure it wasn’t PEPSI, RED BULL, CANNED JUICE OR COOKIES. If you remember correctly, I’m sure it must have been ORANGES OR BANANA. Remember what did your grandfather used to eat after working hard for whole day, I’m sure it wasn’t BROWN BREAD (so called), PIZZA or CHIPS, THEN WHAT WAS THAT WHICH MADE HIM MORE FIT AT 50 THAN YOU ARE AT 20? So, it turns out, your grandparents were/are much smarter than you are. May be the cholesterol in EGGS and FAT in GHEE is not that bad after all and they knew it all.

SO THE ANSWER TO LOSE WEIGHT IS SIMPLE:

Eat like your grandparents instead of “eating healthy” by today’s standards. There’s a very good reason your grandparents lived till 80, 90 or may be 100 years because they used to eat more NATURAL, POWERFUL AND NUTRIENT DENSE FOOD INSTEAD OF BROWN BREAD, PIZZA, BURGER AND LOW FAT CRAP. In order to lose weight, you need to eat like your grandparents did: It was that basic: real food, real ingredients, and wide variety.

Just think about your grandmothers each time you reach for food or prepared a meal and make an effort to eat as your grandmothers did.

AT ASK YOUR DIET, WE ASSURE YOU THAT YOU WILL NEVER MISS YOUR GRANDMOTHER AND AT THE SAME TIME, YOU WILL LOSE FAT, TONS AND TONS OF FAT.

YES, YOU WILL BE EATING GHEE, BUTTER, FULL FAT MILK AND STILL LOSE FAT.

Finally, make sure that you do have a very good reason for losing weight. It may be to look better, to feel more comfortable or for a medical reason. In case you don't know, being seriously overweight is strongly linked to heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, diabetes and even some types of cancer.
